The dispute involves CBS's parent company, Paramount, and YouTube TV's parent company, Google. Live 5 WCSC is not owned by CBS, and WCSC-TV's parent company, Gray Media, is not involved in any of the negotiations between Paramount and Google. That means that Live 5 WCSC is as much caught in the middle of this dispute as the YouTube TV viewers who want to watch our programming are. Gray Media learned of the dispute and the possibility of its CBS affiliates' signals being dropped from YouTube TV the same time viewers did.
